By booking and using our limousine services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking
and Payment

  • Reservations
    Reservations must be made at least 30 minutes in advance in New York City, 6 hours in advance within the United States and 24 hours in advance worldwide. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
  • Payment
    Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, wire transfer and ACH.
  • Cancellations and Refunds
    In New York City, cancellations made 30 minutes before the scheduled service are eligible for a 100% refund. Within the rest of the United States and Canada, cancellations made within 6 hours of the service are non-refundable. Outside the United States, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

    Please be punctual for your scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals may incur additional charges.
  • Behavior
    Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Any damage to the vehicle or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges.
  • Luggage and Belongings
    Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

Liability
and Insurance

  • Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • Insurance
    Our vehicles are insured in accordance with local regulations. This insurance covers vehicle damage and passenger injuries as required by law.

Changes
to Services

  • Service Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
  • Price Adjustments
    Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking will be honored.
